Thank you for your order. Please review the following shipping terms carefully.
Order Processing
All standard (non-custom) orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order items are not subject to this shipping policy.
Shipping timelines, processing times, and terms for custom orders will be communicated and agreed upon separately prior to fulfillment.
Shipping costs for custom orders are calculated separately and invoiced directly. These charges may not appear at checkout and must be paid prior to shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs for standard orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
No Address Changes
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. We do not allow changes to shipping addresses once an order has been placed. Please verify all shipping information before completing your purchase.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Returned or Refused Packages
Packages returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect/incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees to reship the order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be honored.
