Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, a return address and further instructions will be provided.


Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, which will be deducted from your refund.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
